Warm pool skills then sheltered Plymouth shore sessions (conditions‑based).

Certify as SSI Basic Freediver and step up to SSI Level 1 when ready.

Plan for a half‑day to a day depending on schedule—academics, pool, and a shore session (conditions permitting).

You should be comfortable in the water and able to swim. We keep groups small and progress at your pace.

Training depth is limited to 5 m / 15 ft for this entry‑level certification.

We can provide mask, snorkel, fins and wetsuit if needed. You’re welcome to use your own kit.

You’ll complete a standard questionnaire. If it flags anything, a diving doctor’s clearance is required before in‑water training.

Yes—minimum age is 10. Under‑18s require a parent/guardian present.
